Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. PayPal allows us to receive payment almost instantly which makes it easier to assist our customers without lengthy delays. PayPal also helps protect both buyer and seller from fraudulent transactions. We are also accepting payments (in person) by MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Q. When can I expect my website to be completed?
A. There are several factors to consider when answering this question. If you are just having some minor edits done to your existing website, it usually only takes a few hours. You will need to provide us with FTP access to your current host, or email us the pages you want edited. For major revisions or completely new websites, the time can span several days or even weeks depending on the complexity of your needs.

Q. What is SEO and why do I need it?
A. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is used to become more visible to your potential customers on the web. Each search engine (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.) implements special codes that help them get your website listed near the top of the search page. Better visibility means more visits to your website and more business.

Q. Is there any special software I can use to make working on my project easier?
A. You may want to download and install (FREE Program) [TeamViewer] before calling for project assistance with whatever problems you may be having. This program allows our staff to see your computer screen and control your mouse and keyboard (Only when you expressly allow it and never without your knowledge). This gives you the best and most efficient method of support possible.

Q. Is it possible to do our designs completely over the internet, or do we need to come to your office?
A. Everything can be done over the internet or by phone/fax/email. We can design/edit your projects anywhere in the world by using the vast resources of the internet. In fact fewer mistakes/misunderstandins can be made when we can actually see what you're thinking about when it's written down for reference, as opposed to trying to remember or presume we understand what you verbally said you wanted.

A. We do not host any websites ourselves. We can help you find a web hosting service that suits your needs. If you already have a website we can work with your current hosting service. Let us know if you have a preferred host and we can help you set up your website with them.

Q. How much does it cost to have a website hosted?
A. There are several factors involved with website hosting. If you are already paying for a domain name, or if you want the host to provide you with a domain name would be one cost; and other costs are involved. Basically the price for hosting a basic website ranges from $35 per year to around $100 per year. You can get discounts for paying for multiple years in advance. Higher costs are involved for very complicated or extremely high volume websites.
